One of the best places I've ever worked.

In a nutshell, it is an amazing place to grow on both personal and professional levels. Founders and team members are aligned on meaningful values. Would recommend to anyone who wants to work hard on making the world a better place to be.

What else can I say? It's an amazing place to work. CMB cares about its employees, their core investment, which (in my opinion) the best way to go. When you invest in your staff, the company will inevitably do well!

Do what you love with the people you love and you won't work a day in your life.

The leadership is very transparent about what is happening from our investors/shareholders all the way down to what is happening internally team wise. They also keep an eye out for growth and encourage a hire from within mentality as people have moved between teams before due to their own growthneed

My company is engaging in money laundering. I am going to become a whistle-blower. My company is deleting profiles of anyone that is not Asian or White. We are also selling data to foreigners where it is being used against Americans.

The company is fair (uses industry benchmarks) re: compensation and equity.

Fair salary + good amount of stocks

The education stipend for sure! Nothing at CMB is static or perpetual. They want to encourage us to go outing to the market and learn new things to bring them back to the company! Zero bureaucracy or red tape, the company is ver versatile and open to change.

There isn't anything more I could possibly want.

How open minded we all are! We all always assume everything is coming from a place of positivity so there is no unnecessary ego involved to have high level conversations. It's so refreshing!

Everyone can say it but I believe we hire some great personalities. You can hire talented people whom have no personality and get by but the culture of your company is composed by individuals and I have no issues with anyone/look forward to working aside them daily.

The people, hands down. We have a ton of office events, and outings, and what not, so don't get me wrong. There is a lot happening here. But by and large the people here make the soul and culture of this company and I wouldn't trade a single one of them!

It felt like a conversation. Yes the questions were hard, appropriately so, but I didn't feel like I was in a spotlight or pressured at all. It was very comfortable.

I think we are very thorough and picky when we decide to bring someone on and it leads us to not hiring and crying later on in a didn't work out state. The on-boarding has become far more streamlined such that I am excited when new people onboard
