Leaders are beyond supportive, and take the time to train you on the industry and products. The leaders are very down to earth and make all employees, regardless of level, feel comfortable and important.

We have a free lunch program daily, and it is a stipend so you can pick whatever you want. We also have cell phone reimbursement, free medical benefits, gym reimbursement AND unlimited PTO (which is encouraged to use!).

Employees are not overworked and encouraged to take time off to relax and reset. We have monthly house competitions which are fun events each month where we compete in teams for prizes. It allows collaboration from employees in all different departments to interact. Always a great time!

Everyone at the company really is a joy to work with. We have personality fit happy hours prior to an employee being hired to make sure they are a fit for the organization. Additionally we have monthly all-hands meetings where we get to interact and learn about what is going on in the organization.
