Coldwater Creek – The customer service is terrible. Placed an order which showed label printed ready for pickup for 10 days. I called as I believed it to be stolen, lost or otherwise would not ship. The partial shipment in contrast showed a DHL tracking which was invalid/unrecognized. Called twice - no help given
