How employees describe working at Coldwater Creek
The clothes are wonderful and different . But the cost of them are higher than what most women can afford. I would like to see more sales more often, at 25 or 30 percent off. I also miss the brick-and-mortar stores, it was nice to go in and look at the clothes.
Your company is so frustrating and not truthful to the average consumer
The customer service is terrible. Placed an order which showed label printed ready for pickup for 10 days. I called as I believed it to be stolen, lost or otherwise would not ship. The partial shipment in contrast showed a DHL tracking which was invalid/unrecognized. Called twice - no help given
Over worked. Under appreciated. Low pay.
Coldwater Creek has actually gotten WORSE than they were in the past. Their customer service is non-existent and I have now waited FOUR WEEKS for a refund on returned clothing. WARNING: Do NOT do business with this group.
