How's the vacation policy at Talbots?
It depends on the manager. It’s mostly based on store needs as well as first come, first served.
It's great. You build up hours of vacation time each week. So your able to take a few days or the entire time at once.

I met with the store manager and I heard back within 3 days.

Dress pants, a nice blouse, and dress shoes. The store is a very elevated type of casual. The environment is positive but relaxed, your outfit and demeanor should reflect that. Also, accessorize! Scarves, necklaces, and bracelets are always a plus!
