What do you like best about the leadership team?The only person I like in leadership is my store manager. I think leadership doesn't know what they're doing, and is about to bleed the company dry before it bankrupts. Stores frequently get in floor set or direction with incorrect product, and promotions that are too complicated.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Communication, listening to personnel with obstacles that impact store appearance, pride, and company quality. Less self-centered leadership and more team and corporate focused would be enlightening.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?The sales associates are great!it is upper management who have unclear ideas and the inability to control some interpersonal situations that get out of handat work period I am of the firm belief you leave your problems outside the workplace but everybody has their nose in everybody's Business
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I am a mere tea holder at a store in Ohio but I am expected to execute management duties daily and I receive very low pay in comparison to the assistant manager who brags about her pay rate openly and often!
