They've always focused on things that would help in growing the team and keeping us together, leading us in the right direction. Rather than focusing on their individual interests, they worked together to achieve a common goal.

Everyone is motivated and always looking forward to the next best idea that can help in improving our performance, and not just limited to performance, but also focuses on any options that can help us grow, and also is not afraid to try new things.

The opportunity to try new things, be a part of different initiatives, and also the regular connection with multiple people daily and being a part of a situation to their questions or issues, rather than just a regular conversation, is something that brightens my day.

Celebrating every employee who has been putting in the recognition of those employees, their efforts, and encouraging others as well in the process, is something amusing. It is not just an email, but an entire gathering of all employees on the floor or in the office to celebrate together

We do get to make a lot of informed decisions, although it does take some time, which is understandable as it is quite a time-consuming process to identify a good fit. The interview process is quite helpful as well as we get to know more about the company as well, not just one way.
