Underpaid, undervalued, underappreciated. I've never been treated worse as an employee at any other job I've had.
The people working on the team are fine. They're people who are passionate about what they do for the most part.
Some of the people I work with are great and some of the interactions with people at shows are fantastic but it's all largely a negative experience working here.
Give the managers training on how to manage people. Stop pitting people against each other. Pay fairly. Actually create promotional and growth opportunity for employees to it helps with retention.
They need some training on how to run an organization and how to manage people. It's run like a club. So much favoritism and unprofessional behavior. So many of them in leadership lack the actual qualifications to do what they do.
