We have no leadership team and lacks communication
They're all pretty relaxed about stuff but are able to snap into work mode and train new members extremely well

Its a nice environment with a helpful management.
I was forced to resign due to many of the discrepancies that took place in my store. I did not feel valued, I did not feel safe, and I would never recommend that anyone work for this company.
