Our leadership team tends to be very transparent. All teams are included in quarterly update meetings where we have frank conversations about the industry and business.
I like that I am trusted to work both independently and in collaborative settings. I don't feel micro-managed but always receive helpful feedback in my check-ins and from peers so I don't feel like I work in a vacuum.
