I love the emphasis on continuous learning. The company across multiple levels clearly values making this a place to build a career, not just work. There are constantly events offered to allow employees to upskill, network, stay informed, etc. and time is blocked for library hours twice a week.

I love that we have flexible work options. I like to come into the office a couple of times a year to connect with people across the org. Most days, I get to work from home which saves me a ton of time, stress, and money, that would otherwise be spent commuting.
