Most of the leadership at ConstructConnect is very engaged and takes the time to connect with their teams.

My team is committed to doing quality work and supporting one another. We show up for each other when we need help.

I like the trasnparency and availability of the leadership team. I don't feel intimidated or unable to bring questions or concerns to them.
What makes you most happy at work?
I really like getting the opportunity to learn and expand my skills. I feel supported in my goals and am encouraged to take risks and share my ideas.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My company supports DEI initiatives and Employee Resource Groups as part of their commitment to a people first culture. This helps improve belonging and build community across the business.
What did you like most about the interview process?
This was the first company I worked for out of college, and the people interviewing me were open to my experiences with campus jobs and school projects. A lot of places will say they are looking for entry-level workers, but then expect five years of experience.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love that we have flexible work options. I like to come into the office a couple of times a year to connect with people across the org. Most days, I get to work from home which saves me a ton of time, stress, and money, that would otherwise be spent commuting.
