What makes me most happy at work is the fact that we are so innovative. A supportive culture that allows people to try new things is amazing.

One of our core values is people first. Employees have a voice, no politics here, we have fun, laid back environment, lots of employee interaction even when we are all 100% remote.

Our team is one where we work hard, collaborate well, challege each other and have fun while working. The way we care and support each other is unlike any other company I have ever worked for.

Just coming to work and actually having fun! Meetings we take time to chat about life events, what's going on for the weekend, it's not a stuffy environment. My co-workers are amazing and I have just the perfect amount of work to do.
