
I would say the complete package. The work, the people, the fun atmosphere and the ability to learn and grow on my timeline.
The recruiter kept me aware of the steps and the feedback of each interview. The interviews were engaging and felt more like I was having a conversation with friends than an interview. The process from start to finish was fast and under 2 weeks.
My favorite is getting a weekly email from the CEO. We do have quarterly town halls and the CEO schedules department meetings throughout the year to give people more time to ask any questions they may have. It also allows everyone to build a closer relationship with the CEO.
