I work with some of the smartest and most genuine people I've ever met. Working alongside them makes me want to be better!

I feel that the overall benefits package is competitive with other companies I've worked for, and the bonus is a nice plus on top of a competitive salary. It's also nice knowing that our pay bands are determined by a fairly objective and well-researched process.

I love the emphasis on continuous learning. The company across multiple levels clearly values making this a place to build a career, not just work. There are constantly events offered to allow employees to upskill, network, stay informed, etc. and time is blocked for library hours twice a week.

While I don't work directly with most of the leadership team, they are each the kind of person who I know I could trust. Their job isn't easy, but I have confidence that when they are making tough decisions that affect all of us, the employees and their points of view are fairly represented.

I found that my interviewers were genuinely interested in me as a person. I got the impression that they weren't trying to trip me up with their questions but just wanted to learn more about me and how I would fit in with the team. My recruiter was also incredibly helpful throughout the process.

My job is fairly low stress and having the flexibility to WFH the majority of the time helps me keep a health work/life balance. I don't take my work home with me, and the stress I do feel is manageable. My role at ConstructConnect fits well in how I want my life to look as a whole.
