I'm having a great experience. I have some concerns regarding DEI (a lot of the top women have left the company in a short period of time) but overall my experience has been good. It appears that leadership does care about the overall well-being of it's employees. There could be better communication
Overall, I enjoy what I do, I love training, and I enjoy working with my team. I don't appreciate being condescended.
