What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

I get along great with my direct manager, we understand each other well

Inclusive, collborative, respectful, mindful, forward thinking

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Never saw the office environment as we work from home. The company has mission & value statements that it appears they don't always live by. I don't see the same advancement for black people as I do for others, and whenever the question of diversity comes up, they will throw a white woman at it
