Never saw the office environment as we work from home. The company has mission & value statements that it appears they don't always live by. I don't see the same advancement for black people as I do for others, and whenever the question of diversity comes up, they will throw a white woman at it

We were moved under a new manager who had an immediate negative effect on the team, with no improvement forthcoming. She means well, but could use some courses on managing adults and self-evaluation. She doesn't lead by example as much as she may think she does.
