Despite other areas, their Human Resources department is pretty solid and decent.
Nothing, most of them try to find who did wrong, instead of actually addressing the root cause.
As mentioned before; they must get rid of people that no longer care about its team or the customers.
They need a sense of urgency, and take the lead to resolved and not to disregard their job. We could work together way better if they actually did their job.
I do feel undervalued, since I do work a lot addressing customer complains however the pay is not enough to handle all the insults or stress scenarios I handle each day.
They must release all of those people who doesn't see the bigger picture and just care about getting paid. We're mainly focused on sales and customer services experience, We lack the second.
