It was great at the beginning but it was deteriorated as decisions never arrive and frustration increase due to the waste of resources, budget, and time on projects that never see the light

Most workers are underpaid, and it seems to be at the discretion of the manager who is hired as a contractor or an FTE. There are some great workers within the company and I believe some departments have better leaders than others. There does not seem to be enough support for learning.
