
Depends on your station and type of management. The station I work at is not very flexible. Ready reserves work 5 days a week, 5hrs a day and only get 40hrs of personal time to use a year. It is hard to use that time, and, is most always denied because other senior agents have most likely requested the same day off as you. A person can be pretty desperate trying to find a way to get time off. In short, some stations are NOT very flexible and this is an area for improvement at Delta Air Lines.
reasonable, if you do not have a meeting or responsibility at a specific time, people start as they like. Most are 8 to 5.
