Poor Communication between Matt Abt and his father Dan
Most of the time the employees are away from their desk/on PTO. The owner shows up once or twice a week if he shows up at all. They short pay and pay late. Do not recommend
team oriented, fun to work with and supportive.
When the company does well they are very generous.
It truly feels like the team has my back
