The leadership team for one is way too many people. There is a power struggle at the top of the company between greedy relatives grasping for one more payout. This dispute has gone over for years. Their children also make the entire work environment tense and awkward.
Way too many people in the companies that think they are the Leadership without having one clear leader. The result is too much confusion, mixed messages, and lack of direction.

For the company to thrive, the children should be removed from the equation. They show clear disinterest in the job and industry, attending meetings halfheartedly from bed in hoodies, treating their roles as a mere formality to secure their allowance.
In reality there is probably no way to make the culture of DERF better. It will always be terrible.
New Leadership. Start over. Get rid of the old reps that talk about ideas that have never and will never happen.
Such a negative environment of old lazy people that constantly complain while blaming others and making excuses for themselves
