the culture is toxic and negative. you feel overworked and burnt out and stressed
the dynamics, however meetings generally didnt make a difference because some other manager somewhere else had his own agenda. so my meetings made no sense
the HR needs a revamp the company culture basically is on autopilot. also, the management team is woefully prepared to lead a team of dynamic and engaged staff
Compensation for me was supposed to have been increased over a certain time. however, that increase didn't come plus you were expected to put out more. it felt like I was unfairly treated. despite them paying below market value compensation
working there was difficult because it always felt like someone is out to get you. The executive team is clueless about what actually happens on the staff level. working there felt hard and very little reward for hard work. promotions only came to the few who are liked or well connected.
