The leadership team needs to foster greater collaboration, embrace innovative thinking & prioritize transparent communication to drive organizational growth and employee engagement.
working there was difficult because it always felt like someone is out to get you. The executive team is clueless about what actually happens on the staff level. working there felt hard and very little reward for hard work. promotions only came to the few who are liked or well connected.

I feel undervalued as my responsibilities and workload have increased without a corresponding adjustment in compensation. Recognition doesn’t match the level of contribution. A clearer link between performance and pay, along with a transparent review process or growth plan, would hel

the HR needs a revamp the company culture basically is on autopilot. also, the management team is woefully prepared to lead a team of dynamic and engaged staff
