Very good. I rarely work overtime, and I don't have a problem scheduling vacation. When I am away from work, I rarely get pulled into work tasks. All in all, this is one of the best things about Dish.

It depends. Where I worked there was pressure to overwork, but most people who had been in positions like mine for some years had found a reasonable work-life balance.
