

































Been on job for 18 years but new employees have stated they were misinformed during interview.
Hourly employees all struggle together trying to get product out so it evens the playing field and forms a common bond. Sometimes it's lack of training, working with sub quality parts, broken equipment or lack of parts. Every day is an adventure.
Despite equipment being zip tied or not working correct and increasing rates to go faster the people try to take pride in their work. Working 6-7days a week for past 4 years makes you depend on eachother and bond.
Take care of equipnent, allow time to clean and organize even if it is indirect labor, salary personal should follow company polocies, an engineer should be in the plant for ALL prodution shifts.
Employees should be treated as assets. They shouldn't have to jump thru hoops to use their benifits. They should be appreciated and not treated as second class and called trash by salary personal.
Our local plant could work on planning for orders better ( ensure needed parts are on hand), scheduling to meet customer deadlines (just because you can do it in paper doesn't mean it's doable in the field) , training employees, and caring about the company's future, not just current EHR.
