
There aren't any differences they both get about a month off and they can choose when they take it. For example they can take 2 weeks one month when the baby is coming and 2 weeks the next month when stuff gets harder to manage. It's honestly one of the best paternity/maternity leave policies I've see and it's all paid time off. Especially for men.
