    They revealed so much without actually saying anything. Demanded camera turned on, zero trust. But did not turn on their camera Owners children work at the co. Very small dysfunctional place

    Pay is way below industry standards because the business grew in a local, separated job market with little competition. Good place to learn but hopefully they can start to compensate better in the future
