Generally toxic work environment. Corporate doesn't care about the people lower on the totem pole.
Communication and leadership. No vision with this company.
High deductible health plan is awful. Its almost like not having insurance. Seems like a bare minimum plan the company has chosen to pass costs onto the employees. For example one monthly prescription drug under my previous employer plan $10 a month - under the Scripps plan $1800 a month.
