What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Our team is great & we have each others backs.

What's the culture of a sinking ship where the captain tells you everything is ok? What's the culture of that meme of a dog drinking coffee while everything is on fire around him? It's fear for your livelihood. It's manipulation to take it "for the team". There are no more positives in its culture

EVERYONE is happy, no one talks or interacts with one another because it's so negative.

The most positive about my work environment are the colleagues I work and interact with. They are great. The corporate leadership team is the horrible part of working for Scripps.

We always have best intentions and listen to others

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

New leadership and more Collaboration and better communication

Management and company needs to show support, compassion, trustworthiness and kindness to the newsroom staff
