
They don't ask you to work over or on weekends, but if you want to keep pace with all the reports, presentation creation/editing, travel, meeting catering/events planning, expense reports, field technician's payroll, calendaring, etc., you have to work a bit from home after hours or on weekends. Mgmt traveling need assistance while abroad, you know what I mean. But the pay is excellent, and again, they are nice men so you will want to go the extra mile and should, becsuse of the pay and your high responsibilities in a job that when you accepted the offer, it was well explained to you. Anytime you support high level mgmt, working "off the clock" (though I was actually Exempt) comes witg those type of positions. They admire and reward hard workers, but will cut ties with lazy bones in a NY minute!!!
