How's the vacation policy at Ecolab?

You start with 2 weeks then every 5 years you get an additional week. It is up to you to get your vacation covered by other employees, and you still have to see all your accounts that month. No one is seeing your accounts while you are gone unless they call in for Emergency Service. They saw it’s paid vacation but since we are mostly commission based pay it’s really not. You can only rollover 1 week of vacation to the next year. I currently get 4 weeks vacation, but I have never used more than 2 weeks a year.

There is no paid vacation. Have to find coverage every time no coverage for your route or territory no vacation
