They show large amounts of positivity.
They drive innovation and the future
They have amazing open door policy and a goal to make sure everyone can succeed
They are approachable and easy to talk to. They seem to care and appreciate on the ground insight.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
There must be some sort of culture redesign.
Understanding that their decisions impact moral and motivation
Caring about their workers and providing appropriate wages.
Do not care for the front line workers. Ecolab is greedy and take from the boots on the ground people.
Stop treating employees like robots and realize employees need to be paid competitive wages to live.

The total amount of vacation
I think the bonus system is quite generous, which I appreciate.
My position comes with a company, car, cell phone, laptop, etc. not to mention the regular full benefits.
Not a lot to say here.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As a field, we have not seen a significant increase in our pay to match our record, setting stock, price and sales growth
The country where I live, truck drivers earn more money than I do after more than 20 years.
Over all corporate pay america Is horrible and unfair. Time for unions.
Maybe give bonuses. Merit increases
Getting me closer to market rates that are being offered to me. Approximately 40% off from competing offers, especially odd for a person identified as high potential
What are some of the best things about your team?
The camaraderie and shared support
My team works together excellently despite the many obstacles we have.
The passion they have to care for customers, each other, and ecolab
We can always learn together
They are all supportive and collaborative.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The company offers a nice upfront training program for new employees. However the day it ends they are tossed to wolves under a management team who has never done their job and cannot provide further field training. This creates a huge knowledge gap in the field that propagates into compounded issue
Work together not take advantage of who ever you can so they can get promoted

The variety or opportunities that are available
The culture shows positive energy from the outaide.
They are open and inclusive, provide an arsenal of education available at any time, the tools and PPE to do your job.

The trust from management that AE's will do their job and the freedom to grow the business in your own way.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Need a New plant manager more than anything. Need Better pay. Stop treating us like we are in a prison camp.
Change the CEO to someone who cares about their people. Doug Baker is missed.
We need more people in thr field

Honesty clear upword movement goals not nepotism they sre going broke loosing market share in institutional while the rest of divisions loose money Gates is paying out dividends and controlling more to not loose his money

It was a while back, but was fair and standard.

it doesnt have any idea how too hire people
Look for highly educated career minded people. Not grunts.
Make it a faster process
My interview was working for a whole year as a temp. Make a 90 day rule for temp to full time
Reduce the number of people who need to interview candidates. AGAIN - empower your managers!

When I get paid biweekly

The freedom to develop my sales plan and execute it in the ways that I feel bring the most business to the company.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The plant manager has fired so many people and threatens to fire constantly, he needs to be fired. Has completely killed the morale of everybody since he got here, We used to enjoy our jobs before he arrived.
managers need to step up and help
We raise the prices with no communication. We change the service schedule with no communication. It is ridiculous. The only reason our customers stay is because of the frontline employees and the relationships with the Corporate Account team.
Investing morenin your employees and less toward greed
Go back to TM's snd make them hourly so management can't just take advantage of there employees

There's a disconnect between strategic initiatives and staffing to support them - many non-chemistry related disciplines are understaffed and stressed.
