There must be some sort of culture redesign.

Understanding that their decisions impact moral and motivation

Caring about their workers and providing appropriate wages.

Do not care for the front line workers. Ecolab is greedy and take from the boots on the ground people.

Stop treating employees like robots and realize employees need to be paid competitive wages to live.

Resign, ,and put in people with vision

Understand more about the life of a manager or an individual contributor. It is crippling to have the responsibility but no power. They need to be empowered to make decisions and not have to wait on the manager's manager to decide how we move foward.
