What is the best part about your compensation package?

The total amount of vacation

I think the bonus system is quite generous, which I appreciate.

My position comes with a company, car, cell phone, laptop, etc. not to mention the regular full benefits.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

As a field, we have not seen a significant increase in our pay to match our record, setting stock, price and sales growth

The country where I live, truck drivers earn more money than I do after more than 20 years.

Over all corporate pay america Is horrible and unfair. Time for unions.

Maybe give bonuses. Merit increases

Getting me closer to market rates that are being offered to me. Approximately 40% off from competing offers, especially odd for a person identified as high potential

All they have to do is listen to their workforce. I'm not saying do everything they suggest, but at least open their minds. The supervisors and team leaders run the place like a sweat shop, and Management is non existing . Human resources are only known as the enforcers.

Bonus level begins far too high up - no real trickle down to average workers who generate the successes.
