The people I work with try to be efficient, and safe . They want to see our area succeed.

The company offers a nice upfront training program for new employees. However the day it ends they are tossed to wolves under a management team who has never done their job and cannot provide further field training. This creates a huge knowledge gap in the field that propagates into compounded issue
