The best thing about our team is that it is a family atmosphere. Everyone truly care about one another. We are always there for one another as well. Great team members.

I get to work on what I was hired to do. Never/rarely asked to do something outside of my job description. We hire the right people for each position. No one person is asked to wear the hat of every position.

We have a very calm atmosphere. It is a great open work space area. We all get along and talk about different topics through out the day while still staying highly productive. A large group of the team eats lunch together everyday. Everyone is really personal with one another. It is extended family!

Our leadership team is great. They truly care about everyone on the team and let everyone work as professionals and let them grown in to the role they feel is best for them. Leadership truly believes in the team and their abilities. Leadership is also always there to help out and give great feedback

In the beginning, the team was tight knit and fun to be around. Over time, no one had time or energy to hangout or communicate due to non-stop work coming through the company. Work that never made the company money because of short-sided decisions.
