As mentioned before, we celebrate success and provide assitance whenever and wherever needed.
We are unique in that we build our own software AND the web site and it has been fun working on both sides of the project. Customers really like what we do for them.
Everyone values each other and we're all pulling in the same direction.

Everybody, not just management, is inclusive and friendly. We often get together to hang out and celebrate: for launches, birthdays, and company milestones.

The in person meeting was great. Also there was clear and open communication through out the process.
I got to know quite a few team members and received a tour of the space. I was told about future plans of expansion and what my goals would be on the team.
Meeting the team I would be working with and discussing the position and company in detail. Everyone was very transparent, which was refreshing.
My interview felt like a conversation about various topics in the industry I am passionate about, rather than a test.

I get to work on what I was hired to do. Never/rarely asked to do something outside of my job description. We hire the right people for each position. No one person is asked to wear the hat of every position.

There are talented individuals working on incredible products. Sales and executive leadership care about making a sale than building a process that sells on its own. When you're motivated by passion and not by commission, you'll likely make better decisions for the company.
I like the opportunity to learn and grow. The owner has taken interest in helping me build my skill set.
If I had to say something negativive I guess it would be that a few of the people on the development team come across as rude. I understand that they are introverted but this should not mean they are not easy to get along with.
