efelle is a great company to work for. The CEO knows everyone's name. He is probably the hardest worker at the company which says a lot. Always trying to push the company forward. Leadership team is setup for success which trickles down. Great family atmosphere and a very comfortable place to work.

My role has grown around my skillset. My team has allowed me to take charge of a section of our service offerings, and I've appreciated the trust that came along with it.

While working at a small company has its drawbacks in terms of workload, I have learned so much in the last two and a half years that I don't feel I could have learned anywhere else in any other position.

Everyone gets along really well. It's a fun group to be around.

I work with a group of people to work be passionate about what they do projects we work on are sometimes challenging but as a group we are proud of what we accomplish together. My last job everyone seem to watch the clock, that?

As mentioned before, we celebrate success and provide assitance whenever and wherever needed.

We are unique in that we build our own software AND the web site and it has been fun working on both sides of the project. Customers really like what we do for them.

The in person meeting was great. Also there was clear and open communication through out the process.

I get to work on what I was hired to do. Never/rarely asked to do something outside of my job description. We hire the right people for each position. No one person is asked to wear the hat of every position.

There are talented individuals working on incredible products. Sales and executive leadership care about making a sale than building a process that sells on its own. When you're motivated by passion and not by commission, you'll likely make better decisions for the company.

I like the opportunity to learn and grow. The owner has taken interest in helping me build my skill set.

If I had to say something negativive I guess it would be that a few of the people on the development team come across as rude. I understand that they are introverted but this should not mean they are not easy to get along with.
