Always willing to celebrate and lend a hand when needed. We'll shoutout those who do a great job and we hold ourselves accountable.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We work with small businesses and often need to have our prices reflect that. It is hard to grow when it's hard to say no to clients in specific situations.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I got to know quite a few team members and received a tour of the space. I was told about future plans of expansion and what my goals would be on the team.
