efelle is a great company to work for. The CEO knows everyone's name. He is probably the hardest worker at the company which says a lot. Always trying to push the company forward. Leadership team is setup for success which trickles down. Great family atmosphere and a very comfortable place to work.
My role has grown around my skillset. My team has allowed me to take charge of a section of our service offerings, and I've appreciated the trust that came along with it.
I have enjoyed building my career here. The people on the team have been wonderful and the work is fun. We also have great customers.
The leadership team is very responsive and always offers advice that keeps the best processes at top of mind.
Pay scale is fair for my position.
