- What are some of the best things about your team?The best thing about our team is that it is a family atmosphere. Everyone truly care about one another. We are always there for one another as well. Great team members.
- What do you like best about the leadership team?Our leadership team is great. They truly care about everyone on the team and let everyone work as professionals and let them grown in to the role they feel is best for them. Leadership truly believes in the team and their abilities. Leadership is also always there to help out and give great feedback
- What did you like most about the interview process?The in person meeting was great. Also there was clear and open communication through out the process.

- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?We work with small businesses and often need to have our prices reflect that. It is hard to grow when it's hard to say no to clients in specific situations.
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I think commute compensation would be valuable for employees as well as healthier snacks in the office
- What would you most like to see improved at your company?If I had to say something negativive I guess it would be that a few of the people on the development team come across as rude. I understand that they are introverted but this should not mean they are not easy to get along with.
