Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We work with small businesses and often need to have our prices reflect that. It is hard to grow when it's hard to say no to clients in specific situations.
I think commute compensation would be valuable for employees as well as healthier snacks in the office
I am paid below market average for bringing a higher than average set of skills to my daily work.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There are talented individuals working on incredible products. Sales and executive leadership care about making a sale than building a process that sells on its own. When you're motivated by passion and not by commission, you'll likely make better decisions for the company.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
If I had to say something negativive I guess it would be that a few of the people on the development team come across as rude. I understand that they are introverted but this should not mean they are not easy to get along with.
