I get to work on what I was hired to do. Never/rarely asked to do something outside of my job description. We hire the right people for each position. No one person is asked to wear the hat of every position.
The team and the work we produce.
When the office is full of people and the music is on and everyone is laughing and having a good time.
Getting positive feedback from clients and coworkers.
It depends on the day, but I mostly enjoy the impacted make to our clients?
I'm in the unique position of working closely with both most of our team members and most of our clients, which allows me the opportunity to learn something new about the industry each day while helping to solve real-world problems for our clients.
Learning new things and the structured process/organization
Pushing the envelope and doing better work than other firms
I look at engineering as solving a puzzle and I look forward to the challenges and the reward of resolving them.
The work culture is great!
Getting to produce a product that I'm proud of

I like the opportunity to learn and grow. The owner has taken interest in helping me build my skill set.
If I had to say something negativive I guess it would be that a few of the people on the development team come across as rude. I understand that they are introverted but this should not mean they are not easy to get along with.
