What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team is great. They truly care about everyone on the team and let everyone work as professionals and let them grown in to the role they feel is best for them. Leadership truly believes in the team and their abilities. Leadership is also always there to help out and give great feedback

The best thing about our team is that it is a family atmosphere. Everyone truly care about one another. We are always there for one another as well. Great team members.

Everyone gets along really well. It's a fun group to be around.
I work with a group of people to work be passionate about what they do projects we work on are sometimes challenging but as a group we are proud of what we accomplish together. My last job everyone seem to watch the clock, that?
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
As mentioned before, we celebrate success and provide assitance whenever and wherever needed.
We are unique in that we build our own software AND the web site and it has been fun working on both sides of the project. Customers really like what we do for them.
Everyone values each other and we're all pulling in the same direction.
Together, and we have a very nice environment. Free food and treats are always a plus!
Everybody, not just management, is inclusive and friendly. We often get together to hang out and celebrate: for launches, birthdays, and company milestones.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The in person meeting was great. Also there was clear and open communication through out the process.
I got to know quite a few team members and received a tour of the space. I was told about future plans of expansion and what my goals would be on the team.
Meeting the team I would be working with and discussing the position and company in detail. Everyone was very transparent, which was refreshing.
My interview felt like a conversation about various topics in the industry I am passionate about, rather than a test.

What makes you most happy at work?
I get to work on what I was hired to do. Never/rarely asked to do something outside of my job description. We hire the right people for each position. No one person is asked to wear the hat of every position.
