Lack of support from departmental management.
Benefits are good. Offices are nice.
Coworkers are OK, department management is the problem.
Good people, usually work hard
Nobody has my scientific expertise.
More support from Department management, better raises and bonuses.
Support by management in dealing with other employees and outside contractors.
Bonuses they offer are BS. Never received 100% of the bonus that Eisai specified in my offer letter, even if the company had a very good year and I received a superior performance rating (highest rating possible at Eisai).
