Overall, the people here are excited when a new hire feels free to let their "inner-nerd" shine. This freedom of expression has been hard for me to find in my career.

Searching for a culture. There are no core values that Everton lives by there. Effectively one is part of the "in" clique or not. Avoid.

It's a special culture. Not only are comp. and benefits very good, but management really values employees, and cares about our well-being.
