    Funny you ask...depends on who you are and position. Where I work for 19 yrs, I still ger the same as I got hired in. Theres is no incentive. There are people that get hired in and have the same or more vacation then the people that have been here for years because they came from emcor/ohmstead/etc. Emcor management better wise up and see the company as a whole is a sinking ship. I would personally not recommend working for this group. There are alot of pass a buck (slackers) that work for this group and you will not get appreciated in terms of bonuses. There are people that work their tail ends off and because their title they get crap bonuses. It should be base on evaluation as a worker not title. Upper management is horrible....its like BYOB....Be your own boss. Go with the flow, whatever happens...happens. If possible stay away from this company unless it's the last resort. Put it this way most of the good guys have left or retired. People now are now too FAT to work.

    This will vary from each division of EMCOR, but they follow the normal industry standard. They are very good however at making sure that you use the PTO time you have so that you do not lose it at the end of the year
