As an intern I can't say much of other benefits, but overall what I've gotten is more than fine.

The clear ideas of what has to be done, the mentality of delivering +high quality work, the environment created at the office.

The different ways of thinking, and how we get along, there has been good "chemistry", so it makes it easier to communicate what you think and everybody shares their opinion no matter what.

That it was precise and concise. Straight to the point, asking the right questions combining from personal and professional experience. Also the communication, there was a good flow in terms of communicating stuff for further information.

I personally love cultures and languages, so to me, being surrounded by people from everywhere and share experiences makes a lot. And also how people is willing to help you with anything you need help with in personal or work terms.

Speed and freedom. I like the pace in which I work which is fast, I've been used to work in very fast paced projects, so this is good for me. And freedom because you don't need to fix your body in one place to perform your duties. Also my teammates!
