I personally love cultures and languages, so to me, being surrounded by people from everywhere and share experiences makes a lot. And also how people is willing to help you with anything you need help with in personal or work terms.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
currently it has the worst from a startup and a company: no structure but slow, not understandable decision making. have the managers do better work!
