I guess something that might not come off as obvious just from "Employer branding" is that our team is very kind. I feel very lucky to have met so many amazing people at one place
Very young, multicultural and familiar
I personally love cultures and languages, so to me, being surrounded by people from everywhere and share experiences makes a lot. And also how people is willing to help you with anything you need help with in personal or work terms.
The atmosphere is always pleasant, positive-thinking. Co-workers are very caring.
Friendly, youthful, helpful and fun. You never feel alone, scrutinised or under pressure.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
currently it has the worst from a startup and a company: no structure but slow, not understandable decision making. have the managers do better work!
